The dark secret behind Mass Incarceration - The Israelite plight

Here we see, the white community have planned and implemented the plan to secure the mass incarceration of the black man. They (White People) create an environment where the black man or the Israelite become frustrated or too occupied to focus on the source of their strength, wisdom etc. and become entangled in the snares they have put in place.  We know that one of the primary benefits the Seeds of Satan derived from this big scheme (mass imprisonment of Israelites men) that they have concocted is wealth.
